The menu at camp helps me help my students. As a dance teacher, I'm always striving to help my students make the healthy, not easy, food choices. Not only am I able to lead by example, but the campers are able to make great food choices guided by the kitchen's recommendations about what foods would give them long lasting energy for dance classes.

The chefs were all knowledgeable about food and nutrients and they did the best job keeping our children healthy. My daughter had never eaten corn before, but I saw her going for the 3rd corn in dining hall! I could not believe my eyes. The local ... food was noticeably so much better than what we buy from an ordinary grocery store. I believe the food was the key to keep us healthy for 4 weeks. ... I miss Ballibay kitchen and dining hall!

Our menu changes every week. Here is a sample week designed by Chef Ellen. The basic theme of each day's meals will remain consistent throughout the sessions, but the specific offerings will differ week to week.
